15.3.4.11 Primitive syntactic bindings: core record–type descriptors

A syntactic binding representing a core record–type descriptor name has syntactic binding’s descriptor with format:

($core-rtd . ?name)

where ?name is a symbol representing the public name of the record–type descriptor.
