15.3.4.12 Primitive syntactic bindings: core record–constructor descriptors

A syntactic binding representing a core record–constructor descriptor name has syntactic binding’s descriptor with format:

($core-rcd . ?name)

where ?name is a symbol representing the public name of the record–constructor descriptor.
