15.3.4.6 Primitive syntactic bindings: core primitive functions and operations

A syntactic binding representing a core primitive function, or core primitive operation, or core primitive record–type descriptor, or core primitive record–constructor descriptor has syntactic binding’s descriptor with format:

(core-prim . ?name)

where ?name is a symbol representing the public name of the core primitive.
