15.3.6.9 Internal syntactic bindings: fluid syntaxes

A syntactic binding representing a keyword binding associated to a fluid syntax has descriptor with format:

($fluid . ?fluid-label)

where ?fluid-label is the label gensym associated to the fluid syntax.
